When I saw Roman Polanski’s “The Ghost Writer”, the first thing that came to my mind was: damn, I want a writer’s room just like what Adam Lang (Pierce Brosnan’s character in the film) lent to Ewan McGregor’s character to work in.  The view, the interior, the architecture. Maybe someday.  Definitely someday.

No Strings Attached

I just simply love this movie. Well it’s kind of a low concept and predictable rom-com. But I would like to watch it over and over again, because separately I adore to see both Adam (Ashton Kutcher) and Emma (Natalie Portman). I found Adam’s character was interesting as equal-parts pathetic/funny yet likeable was also impressive. And Emma just strangely fit on him. Here’s a funny and memorable quote:

Emma: Sometimes, my neck gets sore.
Adam: Why?
Emma: Because my brain is so big.
